你导入 CAMTAXO 的照片、文字与文件仍归你或其原权利人所有。CAMTAXO 不因读取、预览或导出而取得所有权。你应当只使用自己创作的内容，或已经取得必要许可的内容。
Photographs, text, and files you open in CAMTAXO remain yours or their original rights holder’s. CAMTAXO does not acquire ownership by reading, previewing, or exporting them. Use only material you created or have permission to use.

照片分析、缩略图、方向调整和作品集生成在当前设备的浏览器中完成；照片文件不会由这些功能上传到 CAMTAXO 服务器。为了解页面是否正常工作，网站可能记录不包含照片内容的基础访问数据，例如访问时间、页面路径、设备类别和错误状态。
Photo analysis, thumbnails, orientation editing, and portfolio generation run in this browser on the current device. These features do not upload photograph files to CAMTAXO servers. To understand whether the site works, CAMTAXO may record basic traffic data that excludes photo content, such as visit time, page path, device category, and error status.
当站点所有者主动连接社交账号时，CAMTAXO 会加密保存平台签发的访问令牌、账号标识和已同意的权限，专门用于所有者要求的发布流程；不会保存社交平台密码或浏览器 Cookie。断开账号后，相应授权记录会被删除。
When the site owner chooses to connect a social account, CAMTAXO stores the platform-issued access token, account identifier, and approved scopes in encrypted form solely for owner-requested publishing workflows. Social passwords and browser cookies are not stored. The authorization record is deleted when the account is disconnected.

Automatically generated titles, captions, template suggestions, and file data may be incomplete or inaccurate; review them before publishing. You are responsible for the exported portfolio, releases from identifiable people, location permissions, trademark use, and final publication. Do not use this service to create or distribute infringing, unlawful, private, or non-consensual material.

Photographs in the public demo were taken by CAMTAXO’s owner and are authorized for display. Original interface work, template arrangements, and brand assets are protected under applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where permitted by law, do not copy, resell, or republish complete templates as your own template product.

文件格式、相机或软件名称仅用于准确说明兼容性。相关名称和商标归各自权利人所有；CAMTAXO 与这些权利人不存在隶属、赞助、认证或官方合作关系。开放源代码组件按各自许可证使用，详见第三方许可清单。
File-format, camera, and software names are used only to describe compatibility accurately. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; CAMTAXO is not affiliated with, sponsored, certified, or endorsed by them. Open-source components are used under their respective licenses; see the third-party notices.
